- Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC): Invest USD 250,000.
- Invest USD 400,000 in real estates (the real estate is resalable after 7 years).
- Public Benefit Option (PBO): A minimum contribution of USD 250,000 in a unit of an Approved Public Benefit Project, to be paid to the relevant Approved Public Benefactor.
