Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a government initiative in Malaysia that was introduced to attract foreigners to live and retire in the country. It was established in 2002 by the Malaysian government to promote Malaysia as a destination for long-term stays by foreign nationals. MM2H offers a range of benefits and incentives to encourage expatriates to make Malaysia their Second Home.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Appointment

All you have to do is to appoint 1 ALLIANCE as your official consultant and sponsor.

Pre Screen

The principal should gather the required documents and send them to 1 ALLIANCE for a preliminary assessment.

Submission

1 ALLIANCE will proceed with the submission of the MM2H application to the Immigration Department for further processing.

Approval

Application to arrive in Malaysia

  • Opening a bank account in Malaysia and place a fixed deposit
  • Perform a medical check up
  • Purchase health insurance (Only applicable to applicants below the age of 60)

Applicant Purchase Property Within Specified Timeframe

The applicant must purchase a property within the specified timeframe. 

MM2H Visa Endorsement

1 ALLIANCE will initiate the process of obtaining MM2H visa endorsement from the Immigration department and will ensure the delivery of
the passport to your designated location upon its completion.
